Assault Course Visits
Our Assault Course Visit Programme:
Various Locations Available
The activities will take place from 13:30hrs and will consist of:
First Session:
- Warm Up/Indoor Assault Course
- Rope Climbing Instruction
- Assault Course Familiarisation
Second Session:
- Timed Practice Run
- Various Team Races
- Refreshments
Places:
We have spaces for up to 32 people on each visit, so priority will be given on a first come first served basis. We can of course run private group and corporate visits for up to 100 people which you can contact us for more info and to book.
These visits are for over 16yrs and there is no height restrictions.
Clothing & Equipment:
You should wear a full tracksuit or suitable other clothing, remmeber the arms and legs must be covered at all times. Indoor footwear will be required for the first two activities on the programme and boots or sturdy walking shoes should be worn outdoors.
Helmets and overalls will be provided.
You may wish to bring with you warm clothing, spare clothing and a waterproof jacket.
There will be secure changing and shower facilities.
Cost:
The cost of the activity will include a packed lunch and refreshments.
- £45 per person for groups of under 30people
- £38 per person for groups over 30people
