BODY BALANCE | Focus on Balance
BODY BALANCE is basically a class joining Yoga, t’ai chi and Pilates together to help you feel calm, strong and centred.
Its your personal time out session to de-stress from all the running about of normal life.
Sessions normally last for 45mins, followed by 10mins of relaxation and meditation. Having done a few of these sessions and gone to Pilates, Yoga and t’ai chi, I feel it takes all the very best of these disaplines and makes for a great re-energising class with again greatly choreogrphed moves to the well chosen music.
