BODY POWER EXPO 2012

BODY POWER Expo 2012 returns to the Birmingham NEC this May – This is the biggest fitness show in the UK and repeatedly brings to the UK some of the biggest stars in Fitness and Body Building.

The event has got bigger and bigger every year, this show leaves no stone unturned, nutrition, fitness, bodybuilding, as well as top athletes attending the show.

This show is a show not to be missed if you are into your fitness, you will feel like a kid in a sweet shop with the latest in fitness.  Ive been to BODY POWER before and I can personally tell you this is the best show in the country if you have any interest in fitness.

This year Im personally looking forward to Free Running & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu along with Ronnie Coleman who has to be the ultimate Body Builder thats ever flexed on stage.
