Dig out your jumpsuit, don your sideburns, and order up your gold sunglasses – it’s time for the Elvis Birthday Bash Dash – the first costumed, and most amazing 5K/10K of the new year! As part of Olympia’s 16th annual Elvis Birthday Bash weekend, you can choose your distance and run for speed, fun, or both! Run as yourself, or whoop it up as Elvis, Priscilla, Col. Tom, or one the infamous Memphis Mafia security guards. We’ll be awarding prizes for best Elvis costume in both the 5K and 10K categories. After the run, World Champion Elvis Impersonator Robert Washington will rock the house with a mini-concert at 10:30 AM. Known in the Elvis world for his onstage flips, athletic dance moves, and powerful voice, he leaves fans “All Shook Up.”
