Winner of the FITswindon HiTec Competition, with Mike Buss & Store Mgr Adam

HiTec Store In Swindon last Friday presented the winner of the FITswindon Help for Heroes Raffle with her H4H Running Shoes worth £100. Meghan Weekes from Swindon is now also receiving personal training from Mike to help her get into the army which she wants to do later this year.

At the store on Friday to present her shoes was assistant store manager Adam and world record breaking athlete Mike Buss who organised FITswindon which is now one of several annual events at the Designer Outlet Village in Swindon organised by Mikes company ‘mikebussEVENTS’.

HiTec who donated the shoe to help raise money for Mikes Help for Heroes event have designed a special Help for Heroes running shoe, sporting the H4H colours and the medal at the rear of the shoe.

HiTec Magnum are proud supporters of Help for Heroes and have linked up with the charity to design a special H4H shoe to help raise £2,500 per quarter which started back in July 2010 which also includes other products from the Magnum range such as the Magnum Elite Series, Spider Series, Stealth Forces Series, Panther Series, Strike Force Series and Magnum Originals, with every penny of the money donated by Magnum going directly to providing much needed support in recovery process of the wounded.

Mike also now supported by HiTec has been training for the last two months in the H4H shoe, testing it for a magazine review and has been impressed beyond words with the shoe, which is extremely breathable and waterproof and without compromising on weight keeping it one of the lightest shoes Mike has ever worn in his running career.

The Shoe has a speed lace system, and uses Vibram Outsole Duel Density and a 3D Counter Balance Midsole keeping it a well supported shoe under foot which helps to prevent injury.
