Below you will find our up to date fitness class time table – Get Fit – Have Fun – Together

Note: Additional to the Time Table below there is a monthly fitness test, every first Monday of the month (6-7pm & 7-8pm)

MONDAY Class’s Time Notes
BOOTCAMP 6-7pm Military Fitness for Civilians
Bokwa 6:15-7pm  
BOOTCAMP 7-8pm Military Fitness for Civilians
TUESDAY Class’s Time Notes
Circuits 10-11am Fun Fast Furious! Its time to get a sweat on with combination of   cardio and resistance exercises in circuits format
Beginner Running Club 6-6:50pm This is a running club for novice and first time runners, working to   get you to a sub 30min 5km, great for those wanting to do race for life
BOOTCAMP 7-8pm Military Fitness for Civilians
WEDNESDAY Class’s Time Notes
FIT2push 10-11am Fitness Class for new mums and babies, a buggy fit class aimed at   getting you back into fitness
teenBOOTCAMP 4:30-5:30pm BOOTCAMP aimed at the 11-16yrs age group, showing fitness as fun with   a military theme
BOOTCAMP 6-7pm Military Fitness for Civilians
BOOTCAMP 7-8pm Military Fitness for Civilians
THURSDAY Class’s Time Notes
cardioKIDZ 3:30-4:30pm FUN FUN FUN and fitness combined, using the latest state of the art   fitness cardio wall used by Premier Football Teams and F1 Teams, this session   is aimed at 6-10yrs age group
Beginner Running Club 6pm 6:50pm This is a running club for novice and first time runners, working to   get you to a sub 30min 5km, great for those wanting to do race for life
BOOTCAMP 7-8pm Military Fitness for Civilians
FRIDAY Class’s Time Notes
     
SATURDAY Class’s Time Notes
Kettlebell Class 9 – 9:45am A strength, endurance and cardio workout that will also hit your core
Boxercise 10 – 11am Circuits and Boxing combined to give the ultimate in cardio combat   workout and still be non-contact.
SUNDAY Class’s Time Notes
Beginner Running Club 9 – 9:50am This is a running club for novice and first time runners, working to   get you to a sub 30min 5km, great for those wanting to do race for life
BOOTCAMP 10 – 11am Military Fitness for Civilians

    Hi I did just text about myself and my daughter coming to do bootcamp with yourselves, howevevr Ie just come across your website and your timetables and brilliant to see you do teen fitness 🙂 although we wanted to do something together this may well be a good start for us to come and see the facilities you have. Could you please advise where your premises are so we can pop down to have a look at your facilities and go from there. Thanks Debbie

    My eight year old just attended Mike’s kidzfit class today. He loved it! He wanted to go again. Mike combined fitness and fun together for little kids. It was fantastic! Thanks Mike – You’re a hero! We solute you!!

      Hi Liam,

      Prices:

      £10 per month membership gives you all inclusive (only extras are Personal Training & Bokwa & Pilates)

      Monthly Membership: £10per month = £120per year.
      Annual Membership: £100 – this gives you a saving of £20 (you also get a free Personal Training Session with an annual membership worth £45)

    I am not very fit at all but would like to start getting fitter. I was just wondering what you would recomend for me, i really need a personal trainer and an exercise program as i havent really run since i was 15.

    Can I please clarify that you are offering all these classes for £10 a month (or £100 per year) ie that I can go to the Bootcamp classes and beginners running for only £10 a month?

    It seems too good to be true 🙂

    I’m doing Race for Life in June and did go to a couple of claases at Forces Fit. I enjoyed these classes but found that everyone was a lot more fitter and use to exercise. Are you classes for complete beginners as this is were I feel I need to start?

    Could I pop down to the gym tomorrow to see you?

    I have heard that you are Crossfit trained, do you have any plans to offer Swindon a Crossfit box?

      We do a lot of CROSSFIT styled training at the gym here, and do have plans on becoming a fully licenced CROSSFIT Centre, but it is quite expensive so are looking at the finances to do this.

      If you want CROSSFIT stlyled training then we are the only place in Swindon offering this type of training so please come on down and we would love to train you 🙂
