Prawn Linguine with Chilli & Lemon
- 250g fresh king-prawns (peel)
- 1 red chilli (de-seed and dice)
- 1 garlic clove (crush)
- handful of coriander (chopped)
- 4 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2tbsps olive oil
- Black pepper & sea salt (grind)
- 500g linguine
1: Boil the linguine (check packet for how long)
2: Heat oil in hot pan, add chilli, tomatoes and garlic (cook for 2-3mins)
3: Stir in the king prawns, heat for 3mins
4: Sqeeze lemon juice, 2mins
5: Drain linguine, add the prawn and chilli sauce, throw in the corriander, season.
