The most important meal of the day is often the most neglected meal of the day, BREAKFAST.
Breakfast has huge implications on your energy levels later in the day…
Here are some breakfast ideas…
- Cereal: 1 bowl of porridge, muesli, all bran or fruit n fibre for example. Use semi-skimmed milk or skimmed milk.
- Bread: 1-2 slices eg: wholemeal toast, bagel, muffin, crumpet… Thinly spread of butter with jam, marmalade or marmite.
- Fruit: 1piece eg: banana, grapefruit, melon, yoghurt (low-fat).
- Egg: poached or boiled, with one slice of toast… Orange juice.
