THE FATloss Smoothie
This is a tasty tangy smoothie which will help you lose weight…
4x slices of pineapple
1x kiwi fruit (peeled)
250ml of natural yoghurt
2tblsp of coconut oil
1tblsp of flaxseeds
Just blend, pour, drink and enjoy…
This smoothie contains fibre which keeps you full for longer without mass calories, helps prevent the blood sugar spiking which encourages snacking, contains alpha-linolenic acid which helps the body to process carbs rather than store them as fat.
The calcium from the yoghurt discourages the storage of fat by helping it pass through the body undigested. And finally the coconut is rich in lauric acid, a fatty acid that promotes fat-burning.
