The Power Chicken Salad
A supermarket ready-made salad can consist of a staggering 600calories.
This salad contains vitamin B3, B6 & B12 to help release energy from food to power your workout. From the Chicken comes protein which is essential for amino acids to help repair your muscles.
1xChicken Breast
½ a bag of Watercress
½ an Avocado (sliced)
½ a Cucumber (Sliced)
1x Tomato (chopped)
Grill the chick, best grilled on a George Forman Grilling Machine, whilst the chicken is being grilled; prep the salad, place in a bowel.
Once chicken breast is grilled and cooked through, slice and place on top of the salad.
Finally – ENJOY and say goodbye to the pre-packaged salad forever!
