An experience of a lifetime

Now established as the UK’s premier multi day Ultra event, Trans Britain offers truly stunning trails, great food, beautiful camp locations and camaraderie second to none.

It’s 6 days of running top out at 7 of the country’s most famous peaks, visit some fabulous country, cover 156 miles and climb 6500 metres which are rewarded with truly spectacular views.

Although camping in one man tents we visit some great sites in beautiful locations and with our chef Nick on hand the food is pretty good too – so plenty to smile about.

As we have done in the past we manage to get running in Scotland, England and finish in the grounds of Ruthin Castle in North Wales. This is where the journey ends but the party starts and it is amazing to see how much energy people still seem to have left for a party after a well-earned bath and a nap!

The prize giving dinner will again have its mix of great food and drink, stories of the week as well an opportunity to review the “rushes” of the event video I am really looking forward to it and enjoying the bond that develops between the competitors and them with the crew as we move this great big family across Britain.
