Recent research from Doctors have shown that you could loose up to 5% of your body weight in just 6months if you give up fizzy drinks… Research found that people drinking water instead of sugery drinks lost a minimum of 5lbs in 6months.
The study compared 318 people, the study known as CHOICE or ‘Choosing Healthy Options Consiously Everyday’ is the first trial using non-caloric drinks substitution alone as a weight loss stratagy in overweight adults.
The findings from the research are about to apper in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
The research did find that diet equiverlent drinks also worked and also probably helped people sticking to the change, but water is associated with other important health improvements such as reduced blood sugar.
