WR | Fastest Half Mile on Treadmill Carrying 40lbs Pack
On the treadmill at Esporta Health Club Wimbledon
After the success of the Wimbledon 10km and Mikes 2nd world record, Mike decided to take on a number of treadmill world records in just one weekend starting with the Fastest half mile ran on a treadmill carrying a 40lbs pack.
The venue was Esporta Health Club in Wimbledon, it was October 2003 and Mike ran an impressive 2mins 51secs breaking the previous world record infront of a crowd of over 200 club members and staff
